Marketplace - Talent Search

Talent Search allows you to leverage the data within Claira to identify the best match for available roles without having to sort through a stack of resumes.

To help your HR and hiring teams efficiently sort through candidates, Marketplace - Talent Search is designed to quickly collect candidate information in the same way you currently build internal employee profiles. Combined with the power of our Compare feature, we're helping you put the right people in the right roles quicker.

 

To access Talent Search from your Admin profile, click the Marketplace module and select Talent Search.

At the top of this screen, you'll see a link to "Invite External Applicants."

You can click the copy button directly to the right of the link and share this link with candidates as a general application link. While they would not be assigned to a specific role from this link, this would allow the candidates to create a profile, fill out the standard Claira questionnaire, and allow your team to review their competencies and determine if they fit into any of your open roles.

You'll also notice a snapshot of the "Internal Matches" Claira captures for you. This is calculated by the number of internal employees that currently possess over 75% Role Coverage for the role, allowing you to potentially leverage internal talent instead of having to recruit externally.

 

To share an applicant link for a specific role, simply click the "View Details" button next to the role from the talent search page. From the details page, you'll see a new link at the top of the screen. This link will be specific to the designated role.

Additionally, you'll be able to view and edit more of the role details as well as the competencies and competency tags associated with the role directly from this page.

Where this feature will likely save your team the most time and effort is via the "Find Matches" button.
Matches will compile your entire talent pool (both internal and external candidates) and allow you to quickly review their Role Coverage and Tapped Competencies against the specific role.

Centralizing your talent evaluation process even further, you have the ability to select multiple candidates from the Matches page, and then leverage the power of our Compare feature by clicking the button at the top right of your screen to breakdown the candidate comparison across multiple different charts.

Once a candidate has followed the link and completed their questionnaire, this will be reflected back on the Talent Search page under "Applicants."

 

While the above workflow is most efficient when trying to fill a certain role, you can also utilize the Talent Search when trying to work with specific employees or candidates. To do this, you'll start back at the Talent Search page, and simply click into the "People" tab at the top right of your screen.

From this screen, you'll get a snapshot of when these users were last active, as well as how many "Good Matches" (Role Coverage > 75%) they have. To dive into these matches even more, simply click the "Find Matches" button to see how they stack up against all the roles within your organization.

You'll once again have the ability to click right into our Compare tool and give yourself all the information you need to make the right decision for your candidates, employees, and organization.
