What the information in your profile means and how it's useful to you.
After completing your questionnaire, you're automatically taken to your main dashboard.
Under the Insights tab, you will be able to see items such as:
Action Insights - these are actionable and allow you to add/edit competencies, find colleagues in your organization that might possess competencies to help you or your team complete tasks, and identify growth opportunities through suggested courses.
Personal Competency Areas - help you visualize what your strongest competencies are.
Total Competencies Over Time - here you can see how the number of your competencies grows over time.
Growth Opportunities - Competencies that Claira is highlighting as opportunities to learn and gain additional competencies based on your profile and role.
Competencies tab:
This tab will give you the full list of competencies you possess. You are also able to add more competencies or remove them.
Learn tab:
Here you will see the courses that are suggested specifically for you, based on your growth opportunities.
Discover tab:
Under "Discover" - you can search for competencies in your organization in case you need the help of a colleague who has the knowledge to assist you with the task. As an example, you might be organizing data and need someone with expertise in Google Sheets. You can search for this and connect with the people who possess this competency!
