What does it tell you?
As an account admin, you will have access to your company's Organizational Competency Map. This is the first thing you will see when clicking the 'Home' tab in your account.
It's a fun and colorful method of displaying compiled information that you're capturing from across your organization.
Across the top bars, you can quickly see which general categories are the most abundant in competencies within your organization.
The bottom bars will display your organization's departments. As the flow chart connects competency categories to departments, you can see which competency categories are present in each department, and easily determine if there is an important category that is missing in specific departments.
